Yes, we have created the Q head and grip with standard specifications. If your Proshop or golf retailer can fit a normal head to a shaft, they can fit a Q. We recommend a 600 / 370 standard hybrid or long iron shaft (don't worry, they'll know what this means)

Not currently - in time we hope the USGA and R&A will re-evaluate the rules.

In the meantime, however, Q is 100% legal for how most golf is played: exercise, practice, taking on vacation, keeping in your trunk/boot, or just having fun with buddies!
